The analyst will be responsible for recurring reporting deliverables, supporting internal review processes, and contributing to strategic projects and ad hoc portfolio analyses.

The role is well-suited for candidates with a strong foundation in finance or accounting who are detail-oriented self-starters eager to gain hands‑on experience in private credit portfolio management.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing recurring performance updates in collaboration with the investment team
  • Contributing to materials and analyses for quarterly portfolio review meetings
  • Maintaining and improving fund-level databases and reporting tools
  • Tracking portfolio-level cash flows and deployment activity to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation with the portfolio accounting team
  • Coordinating internal and external reporting requirements, including management reports, credit facility reporting, and investor presentations
  • Conducting ad hoc portfolio analyses in support of investment team and fundraising initiatives
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with a record of strong academic performance; preferred concentration in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field
  • 1‑3 years of finance, accounting, or other directly relevant experience
  • Strong financial and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to independently interpret and synthesize data into clear insights
  • Industry knowledge and familiarity with loan terms, capital structures, and credit documentation is strongly preferred
  • Highly motivated self‑starter with superb verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and productively in a cross‑functional team environment while maintaining a high degree of individual accountability
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with SQL or portfolio analytics tools is beneficial but not required
