Analyst, Investment Banking - Financial Institutions Real Estate; FIRE

Wedbush Securities is seeking candidates for an Investment Banking Analyst position with our Financial Institutions Real Estate(FIRE) team in our New York City office.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide transaction support to senior bankers on a broad rangeof corporate finance transactions including IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, mergers & acquisitions,leveraged buyouts and valuations.
• Manage several concurrent projects and work effectively aspart of a team or individually
• Prepare client presentations
• Financial analysis and modeling
• Assist in preparation of company marketing and transactions materials
• Interact with clients during presentations and deal executions
• Performs other tasks and duties as required and assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University, preferably in Business or other related field
• 2-years' experience as an IB Analyst with a focus on Financial/Banks/Real Estate preferred, minimum of 1-year of experience required
• Active 79 & 63 Licenses required to be considered for this opportunity
• Excellent quantitative/math skills and agility with numbers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize daily work flow
• Requires high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role hasnot been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $100,000. Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the colleague's and the firm's performance.
