• Evaluate and execute new investment opportunities across sourcing, diligence, and execution.
• Lead complex financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis.
• Drive diligence work streams alongside management teams, advisors, and operating partners.
• Prepare and present investment materials to senior leadership and IC.
• Support portfolio companies on strategic initiatives, add‑on acquisitions, and value creation plans.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the firm’s investment culture.

• Prior experience in private equity (Senior Associate level already).
• Strong foundation in financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution.
• Experience working on control‑oriented transactions.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment.
• Strong judgment, communication skills, and investor mindset.
