Loan Servicing Analyst (Onsite Opportunity)
Contract to Hire, Competitive Compensation, Rapidly Expanding, Great Company Culture (Los Angeles)
Salary: $25 - $30 per hour

Responsibilities- Manage the loan portfolio through reports, including insurance certificates, property taxes, loan payments, first mortgage loan terms, tax returns, job creation, and other loan authorization requirements.
- Follow up with clients and request revisions until documents are perfected.
- Spread tax returns and risk rates using current tax returns and financial statements.
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑moving work environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
