An emerging investment platform is seeking to hire two professionals to join its Private Credit team: one Associate and one Principal. The firm specializes in originating, structuring, and executing private credit transactions across the U.S. lower middle market, with a focus on asset-backed lending, recurring revenue finance, and structured credit solutions.

• Lead the execution of private credit transactions, from initial structuring through closing.
• Evaluate and support custom credit solutions, including senior, mezzanine, and hybrid structures.
• Review and coordinate legal documentation with external counsel to ensure alignment with deal terms.
• Assist with underwriting, diligence, and risk assessment across various deal types.
• Draft and refine materials for the Investment Committee.
• Act as an internal liaison across legal, operations, and investor relations teams.

• 3-6 years of experience in private credit, structured lending, leveraged finance, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of credit structuring, documentation, and execution mechanics.
• Exposure to mid-market or asset-backed transactions preferred.
• Excellent financial modeling and legal interpretation skills.
• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a detail-oriented, ownership-driven approach.
