Accounts Payable Coordinator - DTLA - 60k-$70k
Global law firm with offices in DTLA is looking for a proactive and professional Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their esteemed team.
Duties- Utilize Emburse Enterprise (formerly Chrome River) to track expense / invoice submissions
- Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports
- Reconcile virtual credit card transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in training other team members
- Support month‑end close process, ensuring all AP transactions are recorded and reconciled
This role operates on a hybrid work model and the candidate should enjoy a good work‑life balance.
QualificationsA minimum of 1-2 years of accounts payable experience (including banking/virtual credit card transaction reconciliation) in a corporate environment is required. Experience with Emburse Enterprise (formerly Chrome River), 3E, and Excel is strongly preferred.
Base Pay Range$60,000.00/yr – $70,000.00/yr
