Description

We are seeking a talented manager to support Directors on Family Office client service teams. The role involves leading client relationships, managing day-to-day client engagement activities, and supporting the development of comprehensive wealth plans.

You will –

• Manage daily aspects of client engagements within a client service team.
• Develop and implement integrated wealth plans in collaboration with Family Office Services departments.
• Coordinate proactive planning opportunities to enhance client wealth strategies.
• Review clients’ risk management strategies and supervise insurance program development with external vendors.
• Prepare meeting materials, including agendas and investment analyses.
• Draft and send follow-up emails post-meetings, clarifying understandings and next steps.
• Coordinate follow-up actions, ensuring timely completion of tasks involving internal and external resources.
• Respond promptly to client and advisor communications (within 24 hours).
• Participate in business development activities, including building referral networks and prospect meetings.

• Strong knowledge of estate planning, executive compensation, taxation, stock options, deferred compensation, and retirement planning.
• Experience supervising the preparation of client meeting materials and follow-up communications.

• CPA with tax compliance and planning experience with UHNW individuals.
• Certified Financial Planner designation or willingness to pursue after employment start.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Economics, or related fields; graduate degree, EA, or CPA highly desirable.
