CFO

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $280,000 to $300,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:

• Direct all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, reporting, and tax compliance.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee payroll, retirement plans, and internal audits while maintaining strong internal controls.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven ability to manage budgets for organizations exceeding $100M in revenue.
• Strong knowledge of industry-specific accounting standards and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial reporting tools; experience with SQL-based ERP systems.
