CFO

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $225,000 to $275,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with overall business goals and objectives
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on financial planning and operational decisions
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and board-level reporting activities
• Ensure accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and capital structure to support investment strategies

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including 3+ years in a CFO or senior finance role
• Apply strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and business operations
• Communicate effectively and build relationships across all levels of the organization
• Use financial software and systems such as ERP, Excel, and BI tools to support decision-making
• Understand corporate and partnership taxation, regulatory requirements, and risk management

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
• Bring experience in scaling manufacturing operations or managing growth transitions
• Demonstrate familiarity with international operations, trade compliance, and multi-entity reporting
• Prefer experience with Epicor ERP software and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Support M&A and capital investment projects with financial analysis and strategic insight
