Senior Tax Director

• Leadership and Team Management:
  Lead a team of tax preparers, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment.
• Client Coordination:
  Communicate with clients and client personnel to gather essential information for tax services.
• Tax Preparation and Review:
  Engage in a hands‑on role that includes both preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, partnership, and estate & trust returns. We specialize in real estate, entertainment, and service industries.
• Tax Planning and Projections:
  Manage the preparation of income tax projections, considering multiple scenarios and analyses.
• Research and Compliance:
  Conduct research projects requiring advanced skills and professional judgment on options and risk assessments.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 10 years in Tax/Accounting.
• Licenses: CPA/EA license.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Accounting.
• Skills:
  
  Proven leadership and team management skills with strong client‑facing communication abilities.
• Availability:
  Must work in‑office full time at our Century City location; no remote or hybrid options available.
