Controller, Finance & Banking, Accounting & Finance

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Controller. This role is fully onsite in their Los Angeles, CA office. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $130,000 to $150,000 per year.

Job Description:

• Development, analysis, and interpretation of statistical and accounting information
• Responsible for evaluating the performance of personnel
• Maintain the company's system of accounting
• Establish department objectives and policies
• Coordinate and prepare the budget and financial forecasts

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment with knowledge of community health finance issues
• Must have experience working with non-profit organizations
• Must be vaccinated

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
