Sr. Director, Assistant Treasurer; hybrid

Position: Sr. Director, Assistant Treasurer (hybrid)
Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Director, Assistant Treasurer to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $230,000 to $260,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee global cash management using an in-house bank structure and lead cash flow analysis and repatriation strategies.
• Lead the development and execution of FX and interest rate risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage debt capital markets activities, including payments, compliance, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external financial institutions to support Treasury and cross-functional initiatives.
• Mentor and manage Treasury staff while supporting special projects and global initiatives.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate 12+ years of experience in corporate treasury within multinational public companies.
• Lead global cash management operations and currency risk management strategies.
• Apply strong analytical skills and use data-driven approaches to support strategic initiatives.
• Communicate effectively across cultures and manage relationships with internal and external partners.
• Implement new operational structures and processes through strong change management skills.

Qualifications:

• Hold a BA/BS degree in a business-related field.
• Possess hands-on experience with treasury management systems; familiarity with Kyriba is a plus.
• Bring leadership experience in capital market transactions and debt management.
• Understand in-house banking structures and global Treasury operations across 90+ countries.
• Support strategic Treasury functions with a proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach.
