Staff Accountant

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $65,000 to $68,800 per year.
Job Responsibilities:

• Reconcile cash, credit card, and ACH transactions to point-of-sale and system records, investigating any discrepancies.
• Record biweekly payroll entries and month-end accruals accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update balance sheet reconciliations and roll forwards for accurate cash reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analyses as requested by management.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 2+ years of corporate accounting experience.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as Net Suite, Oracle, or SAP.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
