Lock Desk Analyst Efinity Mortgage

The Secondary Markets Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the mortgage lending process by managing rate lock activities, loan pricing, investor delivery, and reporting. This position ensures profitability and compliance of loan sales through effective pipeline management and investor communication.

• Issue and distribute daily loan pricing.
• Confirm, accept, and manage rate locks from Retail.
• Monitor locked loan pipelines and perform necessary changes or rate extensions.
• Communicate investor guidelines, pricing policies, and delivery requirements to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to pipeline rate lock policies to maintain profitability in varying market conditions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support secondary market operations.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and qualitative data.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

$60,000 + bonus
