Sunflower Bankanjutnya seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the Mortgage Loan Originator role at our Woodland Hills location. This is a fully commissioned position with a draw based on minimum wage rates for the work location. Commission details will be presented at the time of offer.

• Develop, lead and originate mortgage loans through branches, realtors and builders.
• Interview mortgage loan applicants and take loan applications from customers.
• Send applicant file to processors in the centralized loan support area.

• Assist in obtaining additional data or information as requested by processors.
• Cross‑sell all bank products and services.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 2+ years of lending experience preferred.
• Creativity, flexibility, integrity, and a commitment to customer support are essential.
• Must work autonomously with considerable independent judgment.
• Must maintain composure in stressful situations and work flexible hours.

Physical demands leck to extended periods sitting or standing, using hands to operate computers or other equipment, and reaching for work‑related tasks. Regular walking may be required, along with occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, or climbing. The role may involve lifting or moving items weighing up toตก10 lbs. Vision requirements include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
