Xsolla is seeking a Vice President, Investor Relations and Capital Formation to run the investor relations engine of the Capital Markets Group across its fund platform: owning the institutional relationship platform, the capital formation funnel from segmentation and tiering through outreach, nurture, diligence and close, and the investor communications and reporting that keep LPs informed and engaged.

The corporate title for this seat is Vice President. The role manages the Analyst, Capital Markets Intelligence and CRM, and offers a clear path to senior leadership of the group's investor relations function.

The Vice President, Investor Relations and Capital Formation will be based in Los Angeles, CA, Xsolla's headquarters, in office, and will report to the Group Head of Capital Markets (SVP, Global Strategic Initiatives), with a dotted line to the fund principals. Travel is approximately 15 to 25 percent, primarily for roadshows and priority industry events. This is a full time position.

As Vice President, Investor Relations and Capital Formation, you will run the investor relations engine for the group's fund platform. You will own the relationship platform and the capital formation funnel end to end: segmentation and tiering, outreach and nurture, diligence and data room, investor communications and reporting.
