The Role
The Financial Analyst owns core analytical work across corporate finance, accounting operations, and regulatory compliance. The role builds and maintains financial models, supports US GAAP reporting, and contributes to SOX control testing and SEC filing readiness.

The Financial Analyst owns core analytical work across corporate finance, accounting operations, and regulatory compliance. The role builds and maintains financial models, supports US GAAP reporting, and contributes to SOX control testing and SEC filing readiness.
You will translate complex financial data into clear, decision-ready insights for finance leadership - working at the intersection of accounting rigor and business strategy.
- Build and maintain financial models in Excel and Net Suite to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual close deliverables, including reconciliations, journal entries, and flux analysis
- Support US GAAP-compliant reporting, including revenue recognition (ASC 606) and lease accounting (ASC 842) analyses
- Assist with SOX 404 compliance by documenting key controls, executing test procedures, and remediating identified deficiencies
- Contribute to SEC reporting readiness, drafting supporting schedules for 10-Q and 10-K filings
- Partner with accounting, FP&A, and compliance teams to streamline reporting workflows and improve data accuracy
- Present financial findings and KPI dashboards to leadership using Tableau or similar BI tools
- 3-6 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or audit, ideally within a technology or high-growth company
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA or CMA preferred
- Deep working knowledge of US GAAP and familiarity with SOX 404 control frameworks
- Hands-on ERP experience (Net Suite, SAP, or Workday) and advanced Excel modeling skills
- Strong analytical judgment and ability to explain financial results to non-finance stakeholders
- Track record of improving close cycles, reporting accuracy, or process automation
- Bonus:
Exposure to SEC filing processes, internal audit experience, or SQL/data-analysis skills
