A business focused law firm in Los Angeles acting for middle market companies, their owners and investors.
The roleYou will lead middle market M&A deals from term sheet to closing, run lean deal teams and advise clients on their wider corporate needs. A book of business is welcome but not needed, as there is work to step into.
What you will need- 8 or more years of middle market M&A, leading deals yourself
- Trained at a large, midsize or boutique firm
- Based in Los Angeles or willing to relocate
- California bar admission or willing to obtain it
A salary of $300K to $400K, a partner title without a book requirement, lean teams where you run the deal, and a hybrid pattern.
