Corporate Access Specialist

A leading investment management firm is hiring a Corporate Access Specialist to join their team in a contract role. This opportunity supports their global efforts to strengthen relationships with corporate management teams, investor relations, and industry experts. The position is based in a hybrid setting--on-site Mon-Thu--and requires a minimum of 1 year of experience.

• Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with senior corporate and investor relations professionals.
• Act as a trusted representative of our client when engaging with CEOs, CFOs, and other senior executives.
• Proactively identify new opportunities for corporate engagement that align with investment priorities.
• Source and coordinate management meetings, conferences, site visits, and expert engagements.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver a seamless experience for investment professionals.

• 5-8+ years of relevant experience in corporate access, investor relations, or related financial services roles.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, public companies, and investment research.
• Experience working with management teams and investor relations professionals preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; relevant certifications like CFA, MBA are a plus.
