Boutique wealth management firm in Irvine, CA serving high net worth clientele seeks a Financial Advisor to support client relationships, present financial plans, and deliver a high-touch client experience in a growing firm.

Relationship-driven growth role with community networking and referrals; no cold-calling or quotas/No portable book required

• Support client relationships as the day‑to‑day point of contact, running review meetings, interpreting and presenting financial plans, and managing follow‑through
• Ramp alongside a senior advisor, then transition to independently leading meetings and owning a defined client segment
• Partner with a centralized Paraplanning and Client Service team for meeting preparation, plan updates, onboarding, and documentation so you can stay client-facing
• Contribute to firm growth through community presence, client referrals, and centers‑of‑influence; a long‑term equity path is available for advisors who demonstrate leadership and bring in new relationships and AUM
• Competitive compensation package ($110,000 – $125,000 base plus bonuses ranging from $10,000 – $30,000, and excellent benefits)

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Licensing:
  Series 7 or 66 or Series 65
• 3+ years of client‑facing financial advisory experience with clear strength in meeting leadership and plan presentation
