Fraud Intake Coordinator​/Risk Management

Fraud Prevention starts with effective Risk Management. As a Fraud Intake Coordinator, you will support fraud prevention efforts by reviewing suspected fraud, documenting cases, and coordinating timely intake within a banking environment.

• Receive and triage reports of suspected fraud or suspicious activity
• Review account activity, capture initial details, and document cases accurately
• Route items for appropriate follow-up and track next steps to support investigations

• High school diploma or equivalent required (two-year degree preferred)
• Experience analyzing account activity to detect fraud required
• PC/Windows proficiency required;
  Word/Excel preferred
• Minimum two years of fraud monitoring in a financial institution preferred
• Knowledge of financial operations preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organization, analytical problem-solving, and clear written/verbal communication skills, with solid math aptitude
• Able to work remotely Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm PST (flexible 40 hours per week)

You'll start each day reviewing fraud alerts and intake requests, ensuring cases are accurately documented and ready for Risk Management review. Throughout the day, you'll support Fraud Prevention efforts by analyzing account activity, gathering information, and coordinating case handoffs to help protect members and Adel Fi.

Salary: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
