We've built an orchestration platform that runs our remittance transaction flow end to end. It handles the long-running, stateful, failure-prone work between "customer pressed send" and "money arrived": routing, compliance checks, partner calls, payouts, reconciliation, retries and compensation when a step fails.

Remittance is the first product on the platform. Our intent is for future products to launch on this layer rather than rebuild transaction orchestration. This is the senior product role for that piece of core company infrastructure.

• Platform strategy:
  Define what the orchestration platform is and isn't: its boundaries, guarantees, and non-goals. Decide which capabilities are platform primitives and which belong in consuming products, and hold that line under pressure.
• The path to multiple products:
  Own the sequencing and core changes needed before a second product can onboard, and the migration approach for remittance as the platform evolves underneath it.
• The product surface:
  Define the contracts teams build against — workflow interfaces, idempotency, retry and compensation semantics, timeouts, state visibility, SLAs — and the docs, onboarding and observability tooling that make the platform self-serve and operable.
