Earn an average of $30.25–$70.25 per hour, with multiple ways to increase earnings, including guaranteed hourly pay, service incentives, retail incentives, tips, and bonuses.

This full‑time position requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs. Your schedule will be busy, especially during peak times.

As a Hair Barber and Stylist, you will set up your workstation, greet clients, discuss preferences, perform haircuts and grooming services, and manage multiple clients while maintaining excellent service. You will work closely with teammates, sharing tips and learning from each other, building community connections each day.

• Active California barber or cosmetology license
• Passion for customer service and bringing joy to others
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to excellence
• Reliability and punctuality with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.
