• Active California Physical Therapist license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Physical exam within the past year.
• Negative TB test.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload.

• Provide in‑home physical therapy for patients recovering from surgery or managing chronic conditions.
• Focus on balance, strength, range of motion, home safety, and equipment assessments.
• Conduct 45‑minute sessions, typically 2–3 visits per patient per week.
• Use user‑friendly software to document sessions and track progress.
• Handle a caseload of 1 to 7 patients weekly, depending on your availability.

• Mentorship Program:
  Be paired with a Senior PT for training and support.
• Ethical Practice:
