Medical Scribe; Spanish-speaker

Join Our Client's team as a Medical Scribe in Wilmington, Los Angeles, CA!

Responsibilities:

• Document patient encounters, procedures, and treatments accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Assist the healthcare provider with charting, order entry, and other administrative tasks as needed
• Translate for the healthcare provider during patient encounters as necessary
• Ensure that all documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as the clinic's policies and procedures
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
• Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic anatomy and physiology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to work on-site at the clinic in Wilmington, CA
