Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistant – Tarzana, CA

Per Diem – PRN, weekdays (Mon‑Fri)

Compensation: $45.00 per hour up to $55.00 per hour

We are looking for a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant with experience in outpatient orthopedics and a solid foundation of exercise prescription and manual skills. The role requires flexibility to cover different clinics in the San Fernando Valley area. Minimum of 1 year experience required.

• Provide patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by the State Practice Act.
• Implement high‑quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities with minimal supervision, following the principles and practices of physical therapy and Select Medical policies and procedures.
• Maintain positive interaction with centers and patients, enhancing and expanding client relations with centers and staff.

• College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
• Passed the national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE.
• Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process).
• CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience in outpatient orthopedics.
