Shifts:

11:30 AM — 8:00 PM OR 4:00 PM — 12:30 AM (rotating weekends & holidays)

💲 Pay: $25/hour (Evening shift)

• 🏥 Provide clerical support in a medical setting, including handling patient charts, records, and documentation
• 📋 Assist with scheduling, answering phones, and directing inquiries
• 🗣️ Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff in both English and Spanish
• 📞 Handle phone calls and coordinate with medical staff
• 💻 Support administrative tasks and data entry
• 🤝 Support clinical teams to maintain efficient unit workflow

• ✅ Minimum 1 year of clerical experience in a medical setting
• ✅ Bilingual in Spanish (required)
• ✅ Available to work rotating weekends and holidays
• ✅ Must pass a drug test and background check
• ✅ Must provide copies of personal documents and references
• ✅ Must have recent immunizations, TB test, and other required health clearances
