Pharmacy Technician Representative - Village Fertility Pharmacy - Los Angeles, CA
Village Fertility Pharmacy Group (VFP), part of Freedom Fertility Pharmacy, supports patients on their journey to parenthood through efficient, compassionate customer service and expert clinical support. As a Pharmacy Technician Representative, you will primarily support Pharmacists and the Patient Care Team by processing prescriptions and handling operational tasks and requests.
Responsibilities- Accurately pick medication orders, process, dispense, and label prescriptions in a timely manner.
- Pack and ship prescription orders, ensuring packages reach couriers on schedule.
- Process patient prescription pick‑ups and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with pharmacy inventory management: receive, stock, rotate, and organize medication to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Perform other pharmacy tasks as needed to ensure accuracy and a positive patient experience.
- Ability to work daily onsite at 10840 National Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90064.
- Availability Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (alternate Saturday shifts: two Saturdays per month, 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM).
- Active California Pharmacy Technician license (CPhT license a plus).
- Minimum of one year of pharmacy or healthcare experience.
- Comfortable communicating with patients, insurance companies, and clinics.
- Independent, deadline‑focused, flexible and detail‑oriented.
- Excellent data entry skills and strong organizational abilities.
- Solid computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.

For remote or home‑based work, an internet connection via cable broadband or fiber optic with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required.
Hourly rate: $17.88 – $26.00, dependent on experience and location. Eligible for an annual bonus plan and comprehensive health benefits (medical, vision, dental, behavioral health) with 18 days PTO and paid holidays.
