Are you a dedicated therapist looking to make a meaningful impact with adults in recovery? Join our adult residential treatment program, where you’ll provide evidence‑based, trauma‑informed care to individuals navigating substance use disorders, mental health conditions, and co-occurring diagnoses.
Our program emphasizes a holistic, client-centered treatment model, integrating Eastern and Western therapeutic approaches within a structured residential environment. As a Primary Therapist, you’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team committed to ethical practice, clinical excellence, and long-term recovery outcomes.
We are seeking a Primary Therapist (AMFT or ASW) with residential or adult treatment experience who is motivated to grow clinically while supporting clients through critical stages of recovery.
Primary Therapist Responsibilities- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adult residential clients
- Develop, implement, and maintain treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries
- Support clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
- Provide crisis intervention and clinical support as needed
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, medical providers, case managers, and outside treatment professionals
- Maintain compliance with California licensing requirements, facility policies, and documentation standards
- Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning
- Active AMFT or ASW registration in California required
- 1–2 years of clinical counseling experience, residential treatment preferred
- Experience in adult mental health, substance use, or co-occurring treatment
- Strong knowledge of treatment planning, documentation, and crisis intervention
- Sound clinical judgment, professionalism, and ethical practice
