Equinox seeks therapists interested in a multimodal approach to manual therapy, incorporating movement science into their skill set. • Perform 25, 50, 80, and 110‑minute deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages in a professional setting.
• Analyze client needs and create programmatic treatment plans.
• Ensure room is cleaned after each treatment and at the end of shift.
• Remain compliant with all state regulatory board requirements for intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notes.

• Must possess a valid CA license or certification.
• Licensed individuals with at least one year of experience may be considered for an elevated compensation package.
• Ability to generate new business and retain clients by providing treatment programs.
• Evening and weekend availability required (Part‑time and Full‑time positions).
• In‑depth understanding of anatomy and movement in relation to soft tissue manipulation.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and positive energy.
• Computer literate.
• Ethical conduct.

$39.50–$43.50 per session; $17.87/hr for non‑session work with potential for bonuses.
