Experienced Female Caregiver Personal Care AM Weekend Shifts

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled female caregiver to provide high-quality care to a female client who is currently dealing with a spinal infection resulting in mobility issues. The ideal candidate will be able to provide assistance with daily living activities, manage medical equipment, and promote a safe and comfortable living environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide transfers using a Hoyer Lift, ensuring the client's safety and dignity.

• Assist with periodic catheter drainage and maintain proper hygiene practices.

• Help with changing bandages as needed and maintain a clean and organized environment.

• Administer medication reminders and ensure timely medication intake

• Perform other daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming as needed

Requirements:

• Female caregiver preferred (due to client preference)

• Experience working with clients with mobility issues and chronic medical conditions

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client's privacy

• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and perform transfers using a Hoyer Lift
