Clinical Care Representative – RN/LPN/PT/PTA

We are a national Medicare accredited DME seeking a Clinical Care Representative. A successful candidate will combine sales/operations and clinical care, and be willing to travel daily within assigned geographic areas.

$85,000 – $100,000 per year

• Organize and prioritize tasks to align with business goals and collaborate with team members and referral sources.
• Maintain strong oral and written communication skills to interface with nurses, physicians, administrators, and office staff, and establish relationships with referral sources in the medical community.
• Conduct in‑services to educate on products & services most appropriate for patients to drive sales growth and become the market leader in the territory.
• Maintain accurate records on prospective and active accounts and patients, ensuring information is up to date to provide a consistent clinical/operational/billing cycle.

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), etc. (Required).
• Minimum 2‑year experience in a wound care setting is preferred; willingness to become wound care certified.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Willingness to travel 75% plus, moderate to heavy travel.
