Nutrition That Works, LLC is seeking a registered dietitian to support a long-term care facility in Tarzana, CA.This opportunity starts in Julyfor 40 hours/week. All hours must be completed onsite.

• Experience: LTC andMDS experience required

• EMR:
  Point Click Care (PCC)

• Completing nutritional assessments and maintaining documentation
• Documenting with the Nutrition Care Process in the electronic medical record system
• Collaborating withthe interdisciplinary care plan team andfood service team
• Calculations and recommendations for enteral feedings
• Making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes
• Completing MDS - Section K
• Maintaining confidentiality and patient information in accordance with HIPAA

• Credentialed as aRegistered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)through the CDR
• Must pass a pre-employment screening process, including background and health checks
