In this high-impact role as a primary therapist, you’ll bring clinical excellence and independent judgment to a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Job QualificationsWe’re seeking a dedicated clinical professional with:
- LMFT, LCSW, or PhD with current CA license
- Required - Prior experience with both substance use treatment and mental health treatment - Required
- Knowledge of CAMFT and APA ethics and scope of practice
- Knowledge of the goals & interventions of intensive outpatient, day treatment, partial hospitalization, and inpatient programs
- Knowledge of relevant psychiatric diagnoses, including presenting symptoms and typical treatment approaches
- Knowledge of psychosocial factors in the etiology & treatment of mental illness
- Ability to complete psychosocial assessments effectively & efficiently
