The LCSW will join a multidisciplinary team to conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based short-term psychotherapy.
ResponsibilitiesAdhering to policies, maintaining professionalism, documenting clinical notes within deadlines, collaborating with team members, and ensuring quality care for underserved patients.
QualificationsMaster’s degree (preferred), LCSW licensure, bilingual English/Spanish skills, experience in brief therapy, and proficiency with EMR systems.
Physical DemandsSitting, lifting up to 25 pounds, and good vision.
Working HoursMonday-Thursday 7 am-7 pm, Friday 8 am-5 pm, with occasional overtime.
