If Yes, How You Will Contribute to the Team:

As a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), you will provide personalized care to patients in their home environment, assisting with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, mobility assistance, and medication reminders. You will offer companionship and emotional support while helping to ensure the comfort and safety of the patient. Your role will be critical in maintaining the patient’s dignity and independence, and you will work closely with family members and the care team to enhance the patient’s overall quality of life.

Must Have:

  • Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
  • Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with patients and families.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and caregiving practices.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in home health or a similar caregiving environment.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Experience with dementia or memory care patients.
