Pay Rate: $24.44 per hour

This role supports the Qantas First Class Lounge at LAX, our most exclusive airport lounge environment. The lounge delivers a premium, hospitality‑driven experience to international first‑class travelers, with elevated food and beverage offerings, refined service standards, and meticulous attention to detail. This position is ideal for hospitality professionals who take pride in delivering polished, high‑touch service in a luxury setting.

As an Airport Lounge Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will provide hands‑on leadership for front‑of‑house and food and beverage operations while maintaining exceptional service standards. You will partner closely with on‑site management to oversee daily operations, support team performance, and ensure every guest interaction reflects the sophistication and quality expected in a first‑class lounge.

This is a highly visible role that requires strong hospitality instincts, operational discipline, and the ability to lead by example on the floor.

• Support on‑site management with daily supervision of food and beverage service operations.
• Lead, coach, and support lounge team members to deliver consistent, elevated guest service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring of new employees.
• Act as a point of contact for guest concerns, resolving issues with professionalism and discretion.
• Monitor service flow, presentation, and quality across all dining and beverage touchpoints.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality in alignment with lounge operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on operational needs and client expectations.

• 2–3 years of hospitality experience in a premium restaurant, hotel, lounge, or similar high‑end food and beverage environment.
• Demonstrated food and beverage service expertise, including front‑of‑house operations.
• Previous supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred.
• Professional presence with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, guest‑facing environment while maintaining high service standards.
