This cocktail bar is confidently understated and quietly powerful, aiming to redefine the tone of nightlife in Los Angeles. There’s no velvet rope, no performative hospitality, just sharp execution, intelligent energy, and a modern approach to timeless classics.

We keep it simple with seasonal drinks, clean flavors, and a small, intentional sushi program that complements the flow of the night and the character of the room. We don’t chase trends or replicate the past; we create experiences for those shaping LA’s present and future.

The Lead Host leads the guest experience, orchestrating the flow and leveraging an established network to curate the energy of the room.

• Maintain a strong and consistent presence on the floor, remaining cool under pressure and leading with composure.
• Actively cultivate and leverage personal networks within Los Angeles to optimize the room.

• Review all reservations prior to service and identify opportunities for problem solving or personalization.
• Ensure all guest details and reservation systems are maintained accurately.

• Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and training to the host team.
• Process all guest disputes, concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
• Perform additional support tasks and duties as requested by leaders.

• 5+ years of equivalent hospitality experience.
• In possession of an established, strong network within the Los Angeles hospitality, arts, or culture scene.
• Familiarity with reservation management systems (e.g. Resy) is essential.
