We are seeking an experienced Talent Manager (Digital) to join our LA team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of digital media, talent representation, and brand partnerships, with a strong understanding of the creator economy.

• Represent and manage a roster of digital-first creators, influencers, and online personalities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with talent, supporting career growth and strategy.
• Negotiate and manage brand collaborations, partnerships, and campaigns.
• Identify new opportunities for talent across digital platforms and emerging media channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative, results-driven projects.

• 2–5+ years of experience in talent management.
• Established network within the influencer, creator, or brand partnership space.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
