Career Group Companies is seeking an incredibly ambitious, dedicated, and personable Senior Account Manager and Recruiter who specializes in temporary administrative and operations placements. We are looking for a true team leader, relationship builder, and connector to join Career Group’s rapidly expanding team. This role is on‑site Monday-Friday at Career Group’s Corporate Headquarters in Century City.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading a team of Recruiters and Account Coordinators by providing clients with high touch service and high caliber matchmaking
• Developing relationships with current and prospective clients and conducting client outreach
• Acting as a strategic thought partner to clients and candidates looking to find their best match
• Sourcing and screening candidates at all levels to add to our high caliber base of administrative and operations professionals
• Actively matching candidates with temporary and temp‑to‑hire placements
• Providing prospective candidates with exclusive advice, coaching, and guidance throughout their career search
• Strategizing effective ways to grow Career Group’s exceptional candidate and client base

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of client management, recruiting, HR, or management experience required
• Experience in Public Relations, Management, or Consulting firms preferred
• Stability and proven track record of building strong relationships
• A natural ability to communicate and network
• Sharp eye for detail and precision
• Warm and engaging communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills; process‑driven and persistent attitude
