Senior Human Resources Generalist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist. The role is based in Los Angeles, CA. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for a variety of HR tasks, including but not limited to, managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, benefits administration, and providing general HR support to the team. The candidate will work closely with management to ensure a productive and compliant workplace environment.

• Experience with Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Benefits Administration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
