Here's how a Human Resources Specialist for PCL Construction Services, Inc. within US Head Office contributes to our team:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for senior level, complex and high-impact roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including passive candidate outreach and talent pipeline development.
• Facilitate interviews, debriefs, and offer negotiations, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in both corporate and agency settings.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
• Experience with various ATS platforms and proficiency in sourcing tools.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.

• Experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
• Linked In Certified Professional – Recruiter designation.
• Familiarity with SAP/Success Factors or similar HRMS systems.
• Expertise in employer branding and social recruiting strategies.

The estimated salary range for this role is $92,650.00 - $, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
