Associate Technical Recruiter (entry level)

1st10 is looking for an entry level Associate Recruiter to join our team. Get the chance to learn the skill of recruiting in one of the most exciting job markets in the world. 1st10 works with the top venture capitalists and founders to build early engineering teams for the top technology startups in the world.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage top engineering talent for early startups
• Conduct market research and compile database of top early engineering talent
• Build and cultivate network of top early engineering talent via range of activities
• Work with experienced recruiters on broad set of early engineering openings
• Learn the skill of sourcing and recruiting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited 4-year University
• 0-2 years of professional work experience that involves research or customer interaction
• Strong internet research including experience with the latest AI tools
• Familiarity with Google suite including docs, sheets, slides and gmail
• Strong work ethic and self motivated
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player
