About the job HR Manager / Senior HR Specialist
Job Summary
The Senior HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR operations, including payroll management, employee benefits administration, compensation analysis, and employee relations. This role requires strong experience with ADP payroll systems, a focus on payroll for 100+ employees, and proficiency in handling complex HR tasks. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in HR management within a corporate setting and demonstrate a keen understanding of employee cost analysis and reporting.
Primary Responsibilities
- Payroll Management:
Manage payroll processing for 100+ employees using ADP or similar HR systems.
- Employee Benefits:
Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, 401(k), and wellness programs.
- Cost Analysis & Reporting:
Perform employee cost analysis and prepare reports for senior management and headquarters.
- Compliance:
Ensure all HR operations comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Employee Relations:
Handle employee inquiries, resolve HR issues, and maintain a positive work environment.
- HR Policies:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the companys goals and values.
- Performance Management:
Support the development and execution of performance review systems and employee development programs.
- Audit Preparation:
Assist in the preparation of audits and reports related to HR functions.
- Team
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth HR
operations and communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on payroll management (100+ employees).
- Extensive experience with ADP payroll systems (required).
- Strong understanding of employee benefits and compensation analysis.
- Experience in preparing reports and presenting to senior management.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Ability to manage confidential information and handle sensitive employee matters.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
