We’re partnering with a beloved accessories brand known for craftsmanship, creativity, and connection to find an interim Head of People & Culture; someone who leads with heart, not just handbooks.
You’ll guide a small, talented HR team supporting retail, wholesale, and manufacturing, helping keep this people‑first culture thriving. This is a hands‑on role for a leader who believes great workplaces are built through empathy, curiosity, and conversation, not Power Points. This role can be full time or contract depending on experience.
RESPONSIBLITIES- Mentor and support a five‑person HR team across all divisions
- Strengthen culture and engagement company‑wide
- Partner with leaders to grow and develop teams
- Bring energy, authenticity, and warmth to every interaction
- An experienced HR leader with multi‑location retail or consumer experience
- Empathetic, approachable, and action‑oriented
- Someone who believes HR = Helping Relationships
