Job Title:
Early Careers Program Coordinator
Location: Century City, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Type: Temp, potentially Temp to Hire
Pay: $25–$28/hr
We’re seeking a proactive and creative Early Careers Program Coordinator to join a fast-paced and innovative organization in the entertainment and media space. This position will play a key role in supporting the development, coordination, and execution of early-career initiatives, including internship programs, university engagement, and talent outreach efforts.
The ideal candidate is dynamic, people-oriented, and highly organized, someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys connecting with students, managing details, and driving engagement across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities- Support the planning and execution of internship and early-career programs, including onboarding, events, and engagement activities.
- Coordinate logistics for both virtual and in-person recruiting and networking events.
- Partner with internal teams and external campus partners to support university engagement initiatives.
- Research universities, academic programs, and organizations to identify top early-career talent.
- Create presentations, recruiting decks, and marketing materials to promote company programs and opportunities.
- Manage candidate pipelines, referrals, and tracking reports to ensure timely communication and organization.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, and candidate events.
- Support the team with reporting, data management, and applicant tracking in Workday or similar systems.
- Assist with follow-up communications to candidates and schools post-events.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Recruiting and HR teams on ad-hoc projects as needed.
- 1+ years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, campus programs, or university administration.
- Experience creating presentations and reports (PowerPoint, Excel, Google Slides, etc.).
- Proficiency with Workday or similar ATS/HRIS/CRM systems preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills – comfortable speaking with students and early-career talent.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
