* * Position Overview
* The
* HR Data Analyst
* will support the HR, Member Services, and Patient Assistance Line (PALS) teams, reporting directly to the SVP of Human Resources. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR-related data to enhance organizational efficiency, ensure compliance, and improve service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with HRIS platforms, and advanced Excel capabilities.

* Key Responsibilities
* * Develop and maintain HR dashboards for headcount, turnover, and workforce metrics.

* Perform labor modeling and trend analysis to support workforce planning.

* Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for HR leadership and Finance.

* Conduct market compensation analysis and maintain accurate position management data.

* Optimize HR systems and reporting processes, ensuring data integrity and automation improvements.

* Utilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query) for data analysis and visualization.

* Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure consistent data usage and definitions.

* Maintain confidentiality and uphold data security standards.

* Required Qualifications
* * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.

* 2-4 years of experience in HR reporting, HRIS analytics, or similar data roles.

* Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, Power Query).

* Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now.

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Preferred:
* * Knowledge of HR data structures, job classification, and compensation practices.

* Certifications such as HRIP or SHRM-CP.
