WEBTOON Manager, Ads Safety Policy and Operations

Ads Safety Policy and Operations, Sr. Specialist/Manager will be instrumental in establishing advertising standards to safeguard the integrity of our community's experience. This role requires collaboration with advertising, product, legal, and trust & safety teams to formulate policies and devise innovative solutions. The ideal candidate must demonstrate self-motivation, leveraging technical expertise, user insights, and proactive communication to uphold the highest possible quality and safety standards for our community.

This role is hybrid in our Los Angeles, CA.

• Independently manage and implement policy updates regarding ads moderation.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) that align with internal guidelines and standards for ads moderation.
• Remain current on platform policies, advertising trends, and emerging online risks to inform moderation strategy.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and policy teams to ensure consistent application of ad policies and provide feedback for improvements.
• Evaluate and assess opportunities and potential risks to business operations related to advertisements on WEBTOON.

• Three to five years of experience in content moderation, trust and safety, or policy and ad operations
• Knowledge of advertising principles and experience with ad products
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a high level of intellectual curiosity.

$70,000 - $100,000 a year Please note, the range above is listed in USD.
