About the Role

The Sr. Account Manager will understand business complexities to develop cross-channel creative strategies and approaches that drive business outcomes for the brand. The experience in the role sits at the intersection of creative, strategy, and production. You will understand the nuances of the business to develop creative solutions that prioritize brand and business outcomes, quality creative, and process efficiencies.

You will build relationships with manager and director level clients, championing the Monks spirit and helping us organically grow the business by gaining additional creative opportunities. Backed by a supportive team of strategists, creatives, and media experts, you will champion performance-driven creative ideas with real insight and cultural salience. As part of the process, you will learn how to develop scopes of work, manage resources, and flex different ways of executing end-to-end workflows.

Responsibilities:

This role will partner with internal Strategy, Creative Analytics, Creative, and Studio teams at Monks to:

* Effectively drive and manage creative ideas and executions

* Deliver effective storytelling against campaigns and creative

* Understand and champion agile production that can flex efficiently with market needs

* Independently manage workflows end-to-end

About You

The essentials:

* 6+ years of agency experience required

* Strong people skills - good at building relationships, comfortable conversationalist, with a presence that compels others to pay attention

* Diplomatic and collaborative leadership style; strong communication skills

* Digital & Social Creative Production experience

* Ability to take charge in a fast paced environment

* Cross functional collaboration- work closely with internal and external teams to tackle deadlines and deliver high quality work

* Takes initiative; proactive working style with a "get it done" attitude

* Comfortable with reporting, analytics and presenting information

* Background in entertainment preferred
