This is how we work
- You advise our customers during implementation, make sure it’s close to the standard, and review concepts and project plans.
- You analyze and evaluate technical issues and develop suggestions to fix them.
- You train our implementation partners on how to use the software solution and teach them our best practice implementation.
- You check the partner’s implementation, give feedback on configurations, data migration and interfaces, and make sure customer requirements are met.
- You analyze reported issues, forward bugs and feature requests to developers and product management, and handle customer inquiries about technical problems.
- You create technical guides and training materials and document solutions and best practices.
- That completes the picture.
